Skills Training
The Jobs 4 You training programs provides assessment and training for individuals with developmental disabilities. This program trains people in a variety of tasks, including pre-vocational and vocational training, resume' writing and interview skills. Services are designed to maximize the individual’s social, vocational, emotional and educational functioning.
Job Placement
Individuals with developmental disabilities are matched with a job in the community appropriate to the their interest, allowing them to gain independence by earning their own income.
Job Coaching
State certified job coaches assist individuals with developmental disabilities and prepare them for employment. Individuals are assisted by a job coach weekly, then monthly as they become comfortable in their new work environment.
